http://www.mkmgownersclub.org.uk
Thanks to everyone who was able to attend the Club Night and AGM.
Year Over view Ian and I have been running the club for 10 years now. Membership is steady and we regularly attract around 20 people to club nights. We are grateful for the support we have received over the last year, particularly from Yvonne, Martin and Jackie.
No one indicated they would like to take over running the club.
DECISION: Brian and Ian will continue as Club Secretary and Treasurer. (If anyone would like to take either of these roles, please let us know)
DECISION: We will continue to run the club as now: – open and welcoming with a variety of activities to attract interest
FINANCES
Ian presented the accounts.
The closing balance was £535, up from the opening figure of £361.
We still have at least 8 members who have not paid their subs for 2023. They will be emailed to see if they wish to remain on the mailing list.
Tim Mason reviewed the figures.
DECISION: It was agreed to reduce the subs for 2024 down to £10.
I would like to thank Ian for his work as treasurer – it is much appreciated.
LOCATION FOR CLUB NIGHT.
DECISION: It was agreed to remain at the Inn on the Lake
