Mike & Alison were pleased to accept the award of Fundraiser of the Year 2016 from Baroness Wall of New Barnet and Joe Harrison Chief Executive of Milton Keynes University Hospital. The Certificate and Plaque was in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the patients and staff.
This was the 10th year they have raised considerable sums of money for the Little Lives Appeal for the Neo-Natal Unit of the hospital, which we as a club support. This years 11th Classic Tour, is on Sunday 9th April and details can be found on our Events page of our website. We as a club congratulate both of them for the tremendous amount of money raised and the dedication they have in supporting this very worthy cause. Again the club is supporting and providing marshall’s for the day, any support is greatly appreciated, if your interested contact the club or Mike. Well Christmas is now over but not before we met up for our annual Christmas Dinner at the Inn on the Lake.
Twenty One attended with one late cancelation but as usual Leigh and his staff did us proud, most of us were “stuffed” just like a Turkey and just managed to waddle home
We had a really nice time with every one enjoying the meal, pictures will be on the website soon.
